As we all realise and understand the impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak is continuously changing and will have an effect on all business operations.

Our aim is to ensure the health and safety for our employees, customers and partners, and to do what we can to maintain the continuity of supply and services to our customers in these challenging times.

Our policy is to follow the governmental directions how to deal with COVID-19.

In line with measures taken by the Dutch government to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, Orga has introduced the following measures:

  • Orga staff works from home when and where possible;
  • Production, logistics and some other vital functions continue on-site with measures in place to protect employees;
  • Meetings take place using online platforms
  • Traveling is limited. Due to these limitations Orga has set up the opportunity for a Remote-FAT.

Currently Orga is functioning “as normally as possible”, which means that we can still provide sales quotations, accept sales orders, and our products are being manufactured and shipped as planned.

We are in constant contact with our supply chain to understand, and where possible mitigate and reduce, the impact of any component shortages. If anything changes regarding your delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is constantly evolving. As such, we are continuously updating our guidelines and policies to ensure that we always act in the best interests of our employees, and you, our customers and partners.

Whilst we will do all we can to mitigate this situation, we will always follow the recommendations of the relevant authorities.

You can reach us via our usual communication channels. If you have any questions regarding your quotations or orders, please get in touch with your regular contact person, or call us on +31 (0)10 208 5555, or send an e-mail to info@orga.nl.

We will update this page on a regular basis as the situation evolves.
