Orga is the trusted partner of choice when it comes to protecting people, assets and the environment. Since 1973, Orga has been delivering high-quality and efficient solutions for marking assets and landing areas to guarantee safe operations. Orga develops and manufactures smart offshore and onshore obstruction markings for wind turbines, high-rise buildings and telecom towers, Circle-H helideck lighting, aids to navigation and power supply systems. A comprehensive range of services and support capabilities is also provided.

We develop and manufacture different types of product in house:

  • helideck lighting products;
  • aids to navigation products;
  • obstruction lighting products;
  • power supply products.

3. What personal data does Orga process?

We conclude processor agreements with organizations that process personal data at our request to ensure that they can guarantee at least the same level of security and confidentiality for your personal data as does Orga. For you as a customer, potential customer or relation of Orga, we remain responsible for processing by our service providers.

Orga does not take any decisions using automated decision-making that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. In this case, this concerns decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without human intervention being necessary (as an illustration, a Orga employee).

9. Consulting, amending or erasing of personal data

As a customer, potential customer or relation of Orga, you have the right to consult, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you are also entitled to withdraw any consent you have given Orga for the processing of your personal data by Orga and to object to the processing of your personal data by Orga. You also have a right of data portability.

Data portability means that you can request us to have your personal data sent to you or to another entity (organization specified by you). For example, the transfer of data using digital .xlsx (Microsoft Excel).

To be sure that a request relating to your personal data has actually been submitted by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. When submitting a copy of your identity document, please ensure that your passport photo, the MRZ (Machine Readable Zone – the serie of numbers at the bottom of your passport), your passport number and your Citizen Service Number are covered. We ask this in order to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks.

Orga takes the protection of your personal data seriously. For this reason we take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unlawful changes.   • we apply SPF (internet standard) in order to prevent you receiving emails in our name that could contain viruses, that could be considered as spam or that are intended for obtaining your personal (login) data
  • DNSSEC is an extra security measure (supplementary to DNS) used by Orga for the benefit of converting a domain name to the linked IP address (during the conversion, we apply a digital signature that prevents you from being diverted to an incorrect IP address)
