Succesfull IRO membermeeting at Orga

Last Thursday 5 April 2018, we organised the IRO (The Association of Dutch Suppliers in the Oil and Gas Industry and Offshore Renewable Industry) member meeting. Approximately 80 members visited our office and got an unique chance to have a look inside our offices.

We started off with a warm introduction of Managing Director of IRO, Sander Vergroesen. After that, new IRO-members got time to introduce themselves with a short pitch and then Dieter Marquardt (Manager Marketing and Business Development) and Christian van Beest (Manager Sales) gave a presentation about Orga’s products and services.

After our presentation, we listened to two interesting guest speakers. Jelle Lanting from Bayards pointed out our collaboration regarding helideck lighting and Hans Timmers from NWEA showed us the opportunities in the offshore wind industry.

After these presentations, the members got divided into 4 groups and each group got an extensive tour through our production, test, service and shipping department. The tour ended in the canteen where there was the possibility for networking with a drink and snacks. It was the first time we have showed our company to external guests and it was a great success!
