Orga at Offshore Energy 2016: worldwide innovation made locally
Orga is delighted to be returning once again to OECC at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre from 25–26 October 2016.
Founded in 2008, OECC is the only dedicated offshore energy event in the Netherlands. In a bid to encourage collaboration, as the industry enters a new era, OECC brings together companies from oil and gas exploration and production sectors with those from offshore wind and marine renewables.
With this in mind, Orga will be showcasing its state-of-the-art marine aids to navigation, helideck lighting and aviation obstruction lighting systems together for the first time– all developed and manufactured locally – at the annual event.
Marko Nieuwenhuize, Manager Sales at Orga Offshore said: “This is an exciting time for Orga as we launch our Staged System Replacement Initiative that allows customers to replace their old Orga marine aids to navigation system in three easy stages. Offshore Energy is the perfect home platform to announce our new strategy to help companies during this challenging period.”
Daniel Powell, Product Group Manager for Helideck Lighting at Orga, said: “We exhibited at Offshore Energy last year and we are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our stand and updating them on Orga’s recent developments. For example, we are proud to be the first company in the world to receive UK CAA International certification on the compliance of our Circle-H helideck lighting system and installation methodology to CAP 437.”
Matthieu Scheffers, Business Manager for Obstruction Lighting at Orga Aviation, said: “Exhibiting our offshore marine and aviation navigation lighting solutions together makes sense as more and more oil and gas companies are moving into offshore wind energy. With changing regulations, I am eager to meet with new customers and discuss visibility controlled obstruction lighting to aid wind farm developments.”
