Orga’s service department provides commissioning, troubleshooting, inspection and survey, renovation, maintenance, training and consultancy services. It also carries out field research for the R&D department to support technology improvements. Our service team operates from in our main facilities in The Netherlands, and also from our office in Malaysia. In addition, Orga works in close cooperation with key partners in the USA, the Middle East and Africa to provide a locally based first line of support to our customers and product end users.
Our service engineers work safely and efficiently – all have the safety, medical and emergency certificates, including the Basic Elements of Safety (VCA/SCC) certificate and approved basic OLF, NOGEPA and OPITO certificates. In addition, they have specific application, working at height, product and culture know-how which ensures a responsive and high-quality service. Our service engineers are dedicated, enthusiastic and friendly and always willing to go that extra mile.
The way ahead with a fresh look
We are proud of our heritage of 45 years as trusted partner in solutions for marking assets and landing areas to ensure safe operations. Now it was time to reflect our ongoing strive for innovation and vibrant relationships in a brand new identity. We want our brand to reflect our values and capabilities in protecting people, assets and the environment. You will notice new and refreshed identity elements like our logo and brighter colours. The yellow reflects a linkage to signaling and safety marking. We kept our lower case Orga letters referring to our heritage and DNA.
The new brand identity will be introduced over the coming period. An important step will be a new website which will be launched soon. The new site will be more inspiring and user-friendly in demonstrating Orga’s solutions and proven track record. Stay tuned!
